The Easy Rider is a specialized Skateboard, Snowboard, and SUP shop with a huge selection and the most expertise in Western Canada. It is locally owned, and a unique place where the staff, and owner, ride everything we sell – we are experts in what we carry.
In business for over 20 years we have amassed a massive knowledge and specific expertise pertaining to all things related to board sports.

JOB OVERVIEW

The sales associate’s mission will be to assist customers in finding and purchasing merchandise in a retail environment. You will be a key member in delivering a warm and friendly shopping environment for every customer. As part of a team, you’ll be expected to surpass customer expectations and provide solutions to their style needs. Your success will be measured through personal and productivity goals plus your ability to provide exceptional in-store customer service.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience in a retail sales with minimum 1 years in a sales position.

Energetic attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and product information.

Must have snowboarding experience – skateboarding is a plus.

Organization, creativity, leadership and a strong passion snowboarding a MUST

Excellent customer service skills, as well as strong knowledge of the brands we carry and current trends.

Open availability and flexibility to work weekdays on a full time basis.
